Who are we?

We are a children’s wear brand rooted in culture, creativity, and childhood. And yes, we’re black owned. Founded in Fall 2020, we create intentionally designed products inspired by the stories, traditions, and everyday experiences that shape our communities. We celebrate identity, spark imagination, and encourage children to embrace who they are and who they can become.

What makes us different?

We design from lived experience. Our heritage products—satin bonnets and durags launched our brand, and now we're expanding into a full children's line. Every piece is designed with fit, durability, and real family needs in mind. We don't chase trends. We build products that work.

Where are we based?

We're proudly based in Dallas, Texas. From design to packaging, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. We're building a legacy brand—creating something meaningful that families can trust and pass down.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Click the tracking link in the email to view updates. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your Order History.

I haven't received a tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of shipment. First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll help you locate it.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

My order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it.

Please check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the package. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual drop-off. If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours, contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping options?

We offer First-Class and Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. orders. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We provide one complimentary return shipping label per order for U.S. customers. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24–48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are processed for store credit or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds. Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to your email. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout, purchases made with discount codes, clearance items, and all international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via UPS International at a flat rate of $35 USD, calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

What about customs and duties?

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our flat rate shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

International Orders Are Final Sale
All international orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for packages lost in international transit.

Your Account

Why should I create an account?

With an account, you can track orders, save shipping addresses, access order history, and enjoy faster checkout on future purchases.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, log into your account and go to Account Settings. Update your email address and save changes. You'll receive a confirmation at your new address.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and personal data, send us an email with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Please submit a wholesale inquiry with your business name, tax ID, and retail location details. You'll receive our wholesale catalog and pricing within 24–48 hours.

What are the wholesale order minimums?

Our minimum wholesale order is 25 units. You can mix and match across bonnets, durags, shower caps, hair accessories, and satin scarves to meet the minimum.

What about product availability?

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product. We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or household.

What are the limitations of liability?

Our products are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your monitor will be 100% accurate to the physical product.
