Who are we?
We are a Black-owned children's wear brand founded in Fall 2020. We create quality products designed for how kids actually live—durable, thoughtful, and built for the classroom, the field, and everywhere in between.
What makes us different?
We design from lived experience. Our heritage products—satin bonnets and durags rooted in hair care traditions—launched our brand, and now we're expanding into a full children's line. From sportswear to everyday essentials, every piece is designed with fit, durability, and real family needs in mind. We don't chase trends. We build products that work.

We're proudly based in Dallas, Texas. From design to packaging, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. We're building a legacy brand—creating something meaningful that families can trust and pass down.
Order Status
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Click the tracking link in the email to see real-time updates on your package location and estimated delivery date. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your Order History.
I haven't received a tracking number. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent within 24 hours of shipment. First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll help you locate it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us. Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.
My order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it. Help!
First, check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before actual drop-off. If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours, contact us immediately so we can investigate and file a claim if necessary.
Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping options?
We offer First-Class and Priority Mail shipping for all U.S. orders. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We provide one complimentary return shipping label per order for U.S. customers. Final sale items (marked at checkout or purchased with discount codes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24-48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed for store credit or exchange—we do not offer cash refunds. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card sent to your email. Exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What items are final sale?
Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout, purchases made with discount codes, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. All international orders are also considered final sale.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via UPS International. International shipping is a flat rate of $35 USD, calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days depending on customs processing.
What about customs and duties?
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our $35 flat rate shipping cost and will be collected upon delivery. Customs fees vary by destination and are determined by your local customs authority.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance times. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Why should I create an account?

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, log into your account and go to Account Settings. Update your email address and save changes. You'll receive a confirmation email at your new address.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and personal data, send us an email with "Delete My Account" in the subject line. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Yes. We offer wholesale opportunities for qualified retailers and resellers. Our wholesale program focuses on our heritage hair care products—satin bonnets, durags, shower caps, and accessories.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Please submit a wholesale inquiry with your business information, including your business name, tax ID, and retail location details. You'll receive our wholesale catalog and pricing within 24-48 hours.
What are the wholesale order minimums?
Our minimum wholesale order is 25 units. You can mix and match across our bonnets, durags, shower caps, hair accessories, and satin scarves to meet the minimum.
